Wind Energy Associates/Renewable NRG Systems: PUD Sketch Plan Review - Jan Blomstrann (owner of Renewable NRG Systems) has submitted a sketch plan for a proposed PUD subdivision of a 66-acre parcel she owns on the east side of VT Route 116 – largely in the Village Northeast Zoning District. The proposed master plan includes 101 potential dwelling units and approximately 180,000 sq. ft. of new office/manufacturing building space. Jeff & Jean Davis: Transfer of land to Adjoiner, Subdivision Approval for Development on Transferred Land, Conditional Use Approval for Expansion of Non-Complying Structure - The applicants are requesting a Transfer of Land to Adjoiner to merge two lots owned by the applicants, Subdivision Approval to do development on the land being transferred, and Conditional Use Approval to expand the existing, non-complying structure. This property is located at 187 Shadow Lane in the Shoreline Zoning District.
