The Safety Team Presents: Womens Self-Defense Training - Level 1 & Level 2
The Safety Team's Women's Self Defense Program teaches simple, powerful, and effective personal protection strategies that are easy to understand and remember. Participants learn how to recognize predatory behavior before it becomes a threat, diffuse it verbally, if possible, and to apply effective physical self-defense techniques, if necessary. Taught for women by women. All fitness levels welcome! No prior experience required!
Both Level 1 and Level 2 are recommended to obtain additional instruction and practice, but you may enroll in Level 1 only. Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2. Please see www.thesafetyteam.org or The SafetyTeam on Facebook for more details. The Safety Team, Inc. is a nonprofit organization. All proceeds support our programs for women.
