The Castleton Community Center will be starting a new beginner Tai Chi Class on Thursday April 9 from 11:00-12:00. Tai Chi routines are safe, easy to learn and suitable for every fitness level. Benefits of practicing Tai Chi include reduced stress, increased balance and flexibility, relaxation, and improved overall mind, body and spirit. Medical studies confirm the Tai Chi Program relieves pain, reduces falls and improves quality of life through mental and physical well-being. Class size is limited.
