Join Kevin Ritchie and Constancia Gomez, a native Argentinian living in the Mad River Valley, and enjoy a cultural evening of food.
Treat yourself the way the natives do, and learn to make empanadas (turnovers) stuffed with various delicious ingredients (corn, spinach, mozarella, meat). Constancia will have everyone building their own empanadas with different combinations of fillings. Fried or baked, they make a great food for serving to company or as the family dinner.
Never had Mate? Only had an Americanized version? Constancia will introduce all to the pleasures of this versatile tea as a hot, cold or enhanced beverage. It is an absolute must in Argentina and many drink Mate before thinking about a coffee.
