TRX for Golf Series

TRX for Golf is a six-week pre-season series offered at Fitness Options Personal Training Studio on Hinesburg Rd., Mondays at 6 p.m. from April 6-May 11.
Elevate your Golf Training Workouts with TRX Suspension Training and improve your performance by:
•building rotational strength for a more effortless swing
•increasing stability in the lower spine
•increasing mobility and flexibility in hips and shoulders
•improving your endurance to keep you strong until the last hole
•generating power from your core for a more consistent game
•preventing injury

TRX trains you to move as one fluid, inter-connected unit, focusing your movement for maximum impact to keep you driving strong even on the back nine.
Open to all levels. Series limited to 9 participants and pre-registration is required.
