Past event

The Salisbury Conservation Commission offers a presentation by VT Fish and Wildlife biologist Alyssa Bennett entitled "Bats, White-nose Syndrome, and Citizen Science in Salisbury and Surrounding Towns". It will take place this Thursday, March 26th from 6:30 to 7:30 at the Salisbury Elementary School on Kelly Cross Road in Salisbury. It is free and open to all ages and children are especially welcome. Salisbury, Cornwall, and Middlebury are hotspots in Vermont for rare bats as well as research on their ecology and conservation. Allysa also hopes that she might find a couple volunteers to count bats at local sites this coming summer.
Hope to see you there!!
