A new, weekly meditation circle is starting this Wednesday and no experience is necessary.
Wednesdays, beginning March 25th
12:30 to 1:30 pm

This is for anyone who:
* has been hearing about meditation's benefits and wants to give it a try but doesn't know where to start
* could use the structure of a regular meditation session to support their new practice
* is a regular meditator who would enjoy sitting in the company of other meditators, or
* would simply savor a brief, silent interlude in the busyness of their day
We will be sitting on chairs but if you want to bring your own meditation cushion please, feel free.
New to meditation? Welcome! Please plan to arrive the first time at 12:30 and you'll receive an orientation to and guidance in mindfulness meditation to help you get started.
Sit for 10 minutes, 20 minutes or more.
Come when you can, leave when you wish.
