Come and try out a senior boot camp class on Tuesdays through the end of May at the Middlebury Municipal gym, 10-11AM. $10 for drop in participants, beginners welcome. I will work with you to keep you safe but help build your strength, balance, agility and endurance. Whether you are 60 or 90, you can benefit from this class.
