Let’s Talk Bobcats on March 29th at 2 PM. Join Noel Dodge, local wildlife biologist and Conservation Commission member for a slide show and talk on the topic of Bobcats. Noel will share his experience working on a Bobcat habitat use project in Vermont from 2005 to 2007. Using traps and GPS collars he will show how they live, what they eat and where they like to spend their time. There will be extensive photos and video footage of many captured cats as well as lots of other critters you might not think would walk into a box trap with a frozen chunk of meat in it. It’s free at the Johnson Public Library.
This is the third presentation in the 2015 March Gladness series. Preview a few pictures on the Johnson Conservation Commission’s Facebook page.
