Are you a homeowner, renter, landlord or municipality with questions about Act 148, Vermont’s new Universal Recycling Law? Do you know what it means for you and how to implement the changes to your trash habits? Do you know how to properly dispose of recyclables and food scraps? Ham Gillett, Outreach Coordinator for the S. Windsor/Windham Counties Solid Waste Management District (SWWCSWMD) will give a brief presentation and answer questions about the new legislation and how it affects individuals and businesses.
