Strategic collaboration is a collection of tools and process skills for working with friends and foes for mutual gain.
The Lean Startup Cycle is a process by which entrepreneurs can methodically reduce costs and increase their chances of success.
In this workshop, participants engage in a series of exercises that introduce both of these methods and how they can be used together to create new value for entrepreneurs, customers, stakeholders, and startup communities.
