Come join us as the Richmond Community Senior Center kicks off its fall programming with a dynamic presentation by our own Harriet Riggs. Harriet will discuss the early years of Richmond and the formation of the town. The event will be held on Wednesday, September 18th, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Richmond library. Light refreshments will be provided.
