Sjon Welters of Rhapsody Natural Foods will give a presentation on how to grow rice in Vermont. Six years ago, Sjon started growing rice with 30 seeds he got at a NOFA conference. He now grows enough rice in rice paddies behind his tempeh shop in Cabot to feed his family.
