On Wed., 3/18, 7:00, at the Craftsbury Public Library the Craftsbury Energy Committee's monthly speaker series in March features information on home weatherization - insulation and air sealing for warmth, economic savings and home safety.
Income-qualifying grants, Incentives from Efficiency Vt. and sources for very low interest energy loans will also be shared.
Two speakers; Certified home energy auditor, Mark Snyder, from the Craftsbury / Greensboro area, and a NETO representative (Northeast Employment and Training Opportunities) will share why and how to make your home more energy efficient and save money at the same time.
NETO provides income eligible households with free home weatherization and other home energy assistance programs, which include appliances.
NETO Weatherization Income qualifications are: Members of Household - Income Limit: 1 - $28,920; 2 - $33,000; 3 - $37,140; 4 - $41,280; 5 - $44,580, 6 - $47,880, etc.
