“Forks Over Knives” Free Movie Matinee on 3/21

The Eleanor B. Daniels Fund, along with the Survivorship NOW Cancer Wellness Center and Whole Health Nutrition VT, is pleased to be hosting a late afternoon, FREE Movie Matinee for anyone interested in seeing this film that examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting our present menu of animal-based and processed foods. This film examines a whole-food, plant based diet as the primary approach to treat ailments and examines the question “why we don’t know”. Following the film, Kimberly Evans, MS, RD of Whole Health Nutrition Vt in Williston, Vermont, will lead a post movie discussion to consider the content shown. Healthy refreshments will be served and have been provided by Healthy Living and Pure Energy. The movie will be shown on Saturday, March 21st from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at the Survivorship NOW Cancer Wellness Center in Williston, Vermont (White Cap Business Park). To sign up online please go to www.survivorshipNOWvt.org/calendar or call 802-777-1126.
