Discussion Regarding the Ferrisburg Town-Owned Property at the Corner of Route 7 and 22A
Date: Wednesday March 18th, 2015
Time: 5pm
Place: Ferrisburgh Town Offices, 3279 Route 7
The Town of Ferrisburgh has been working for many years to sell the property at the corner of Route 7 and 22A to bring economic development, jobs and taxes into the community. The property was given to the town by the Agency of Transportation after they built a park and ride and station on the property. Two potential projects have faced challenges in the regulatory process and were not built.
Select Board and Planning Commission members reached out to Noelle MacKay, Commissioner of the Department of Housing and Community Development, and asked her to meet with the community to discuss options for meeting the town goals and meeting regulatory requirements. Join us on Wednesday for this discussion.
Thank you,
