The 2015 St. Patrick's Celebration at Middlebury College will be happening this Sunday, March 15, 4-6pm. Monkton residents Tim Cummings (bagpipes, whistles, etc.) and Pete Sutherland (fiddle, banjo, song, etc.) will be joined by Caleb Elder of Starksboro (fiddle, mandolin) and Dominique Dodge of Charlotte (Irish harp, song). The first half of the program will be a concert of traditional Irish and Appalachian fare, and the second half a participatory dance (square dance, Irish Kerry set, etc.), called by Lincoln native Mary Wesley.
