What: This class will begin with a gentle heat, fueling the body with breath based movements, then slowing down for long, comfortable holds focusing on reducing stress through restful rejuvenation and meditation.
Who: This class is designed for people living with anxiety and/or addiction. We will work on controlling the scattered thoughts and wanderings of the mind so to reduce anxiety and manage addiction.
When: Beginning 9/18 - 11/6 on Wednesdays from 5:30-7pm
Experience: No yoga experience necessary.
