Group Meditation: Sunday

If you're a meditator, or want to try meditation, please join our weekly group meditation at Mountain River Sangha, every Sunday, from 10:30am to 12:30pm, in the Open Sky Studio, 8 B Main Street, Bristol (above Cubbers).

We welcome people of all traditions and experience levels, including people new to meditation. For newcomers, we offer simple guidance on how to meditate. We start with silent meditation (in chairs or on floor cushions) for 30 minutes. After a short break, we share a recorded or live talk and group discussion, finishing with some fellowship over tea and cookies.

There is no cost, although we are grateful for voluntary donations of any size which help offset the cost of renting the space.
