Spring is coming and and soon we'll have more energy, time and happiness with the increased sun and warmth. But why wait for the weather when you can have all these things and more now through meditation. This ancient technique is simple to learn and practice and only 5 minutes of meditation a day will provide beneficial effects. We'll talk about meditating to focus on positive thoughts, renew our energy and be more effective in our actions. Mostly, we'll use breathing techniques, music and visualization to bring our attention to that quiet place inside. No experience necessary and experienced meditators welcome as well.
