Workshop on Zero Energy Home – Renewable Energy Options: The Montpelier Energy Advisory Committee, in partnership with Efficiency Vermont and National Life, welcomes you to join us for the 5th in a series of workshop on the zero energy home. The coming workshop will focus on: “Renewable Energy in the Zero Energy Home” -- a look at existing technologies for photovoltaics (solar electric), solar hot water, and biomass, as well as various financing options available. Renewable energy companies will be on hand to explain a range of options from on-site solar and biomass to community solar options. The workshop will be held on Thursday, March 12th starting at 7:00 pm at the Unitarian Church in Montpelier. Pizza and refreshments will be served at 6:30.
