Alyssa Bennett Bat Presentation in Salisbury

Past event
Mar 26, 2015

The Salisbury Conservation Commission has organized a presentation by VT Fish and Wildlife biologist Alyssa Bennett entitled "Bats, White-nose Syndrome, and Citizen Science in Salisbury and Surrounding Towns". It will take place on Thursday, March 26th from 6:30 to 7:30 at the Salisbury Elementary School on Kelly Cross Road in Salisbury. It is free and open to all ages. Salisbury, Cornwall, and Middlebury are hotspots in Vermont for rare bats as well as research on their ecology and conservation. Allysa also hopes that she might find a couple volunteers to count bats at local sites.

I will post a reminder as the data approaches.
