Aikido and the Art Hop

Past event

Hi Neighbors,   I'm attaching some information about Aikido of Champlain Valley and the South End Art Hop   I've become quite an addict of Aikido over the last 6 years.  The art teaches me about myself in a deeply embodied way.  Aikido means the way of harmony.

It teaches me to harmonize with my perceptions of attack and to stay with my own center, softening into knowing.    It's a cooperative art, where you're called to train hard for yourself not to be better than.

Oh yeah,  I teach the 5 and 6 year old class.   Email me if you have any questions about that or interest.

Come Witness a Demonstration of Aikido as Well as Some Great Art.
