Hardwick's MAC NURSE : Perry Heller will be holding its next MAC CURIOUS : MAC BASICS and BEYOND Educational Workshop at G.R.A.C.E. The topic for this workshop will be exclusively about the iCLOUD and cloud computing.

Interested in learning how to use Apple’s iCloud service? Are you totally bewildered as to what the “cloud” even is?… Then this is the MAC CURIOUS workshop for you. We'll be going over iCloud basics such as:

*What is iCloud?
*What are the benefits of using the iCloud?
*How do I know if I am already on the iCloud?
*What happens if I turn off the iCloud?
*How do I sync my data using the iCloud?
*Should I backup my entire device to the iCloud? Why or why not?
*Is my iPhone, iPad, or Mac Computer too out of date to use the iCloud?
*How do I upgrade my device to make it iCloud compatible?
*Will the government have access to my information once it’s on the iCloud?
*I keep getting messages that I have run out of space on my iCloud account. What do I do now?
*I want photos that I take to show up immediately on all of my devices. How do I do that using iCloud?

This MAC CURIOUS iCloud workshop is limited to 20 participants.

We'll have plenty of room for your MacBooks, iMacs, MacMinis, etc… Outlets and power strips will be made available for everyone's computer. There will also be 2 MAC NURSE Loaner MacBooks laptops available if people would like to borrow one for this workshop. These laptops are available on a first come first serve basis.
