Please join me at the Friends of the Capital City Grange Hall winter fundraiser event. We’ve been working hard to fund fire code improvements and renovate the downstairs bathrooms to be ADA accessible... and in line with the amenities you’ve come to expect in the 21st century.

Those of you who are new to contra dancing or square, or have friends and family (especially kids) who would like to try out our dance floor, the Community Dance, will be held from 3:30pm - 5pm, with music by The Fiddlekids (students of Katie Trautz) and Chris Weiler calling.
Come eat with us! A delicious Thai curry (mild options, tofu or chicken, wheat free and generally free-(g)range…) downstairs between 5pm and 6pm.
And for those who can stay into the evening, come strut your stuff at the contra dance, 6pm-8:30pm, with the amazing band, Maivish, featuring its quartet line-up of Jaige Trudel, Adam Broome, Matthew Olwell and Nils Fredland. At the helm will be Mary Wesley calling.
One or both dances: $10 for adults / $5 for kids under 16
Dinner: $10 for adults / $5 for kids under 16
Dancers and diners under 4: free… or by donation
