3.) Hinesburg Center LLC: (Phase II) Sketch Plan – Cont’d from 12/16 & 1/20 - The proposed Hinesburg Center II design is a smart growth, mixed-use neighborhood, with a focus on walkability. The project contains varied densities and housing types, as well as a range of ground-floor retail or office spaces. Proposal includes: 18 single-family residential units, 13 single-family attached units, 43 multi-family units. The project includes 9,400 sq. ft. of commercial space divided among 3 buildings. Property Location: Hinesburg Center Phase II is bound by Patrick Brook and the associated stream buffer to the north, the Creekside neighborhood to the South, and Hinesburg Center Phase I to the east. The developed portion of the project extends to the west to the boundary of the Village Growth Area, although the project parcel continues into the Agricultural Zoning District.
4.) Jody & Judy Johnson: Revision to Final Plat - The applicants are requesting a revision to the final subdivision plat in order to revise the current building envelope to accommodate the placement of a detached garage on the north end of their existing driveway. Property Location: 89 Crow Hill Road in the Agricultural Zoning District.
5.) Jack Bird: Transfer of Land to Adjoiner (Boundary Line Adjustment) - The applicant is requesting an interior boundary line adjustment between two properties, owned and co-owned by the applicant. These properties are located at 8713 VT Route 116 & 8760 VT Route 116 in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District.
