The award winning film, The Hungry Heart, will be screened at the United Church of Craftsbury (UCC) in Craftsbury Common, on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at 4:00pm.
A documentary film by Bess O’Brien, The Hungry Heart provides an intimate look at the often hidden world of prescription drug addiction through the world of Vermont Pediatrician Fred Holmes who works with patients struggling with this disease.
Produced by Kingdom County Productions and directed by Bess O’Brien, The Hungry Heart was granted the 2015 Media Award by the American Society of Addiction. For more about the film, visit http://thehungryheartmovie.org/.
