Ready for a fun and easy night out? Come see The Summer of Walter Hacks this Sat night at the Community Center in East Fairfield – A film by Vermont filmmaker and dairy farmer George Woodard. Winner of the 2010 Vermont International Film Festival, "Walter Hacks" recreates the world of 1950s rural Vermont, telling the story of an 11-year-old boy who faces adventure and tragedy and must grow up fast. The filmmaker will be present at the showing! 7:00pm. $5 donation to see this locally filmed drama. Free kid's movie in the other room in front of the big screen. Popcorn and desserts will be available.
