PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Moretown Development Review Board will hold public hearings on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the Town Office, 19 Kaiser Dr., Moretown, Vermont to consider the following matters:

7:00 p.m. – Application # 15-01: Application of Craig Oshkello/Living Tree Alliance, LLC for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) located off Freeman Hill Road in Moretown; Parcel IDs#: 11-017.001-002. The application requires conditional use approval of the Development Review Board per Moretown Zoning Regulations Section 5.3, “a PUD shall be reviewed in accordance with the procedures for conditional use review…”.

The hearings may be preceded by a site visit. The file relating to this matter is available for review during regular business hours at the town offices.

PARTICIPATION IN THE LOCAL PROCEEDING (THE PUBLIC HEARING) IS A PREREQUISITE TO THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY SUBSEQUENT APPEAL IN THIS MATTER.
