On Wednesday morning, Richmond Congregational Church will be at the Richmond Park n’ Ride from 6:30-8:30 AM offering "Ashes to Go," the imposition of ashes to those whom are interested. We will also offer them in front of Richmond Congregational Church church from 5:00-6:00 PM. Ashes to Go is a nationwide movement where clergy offer ashes at train stops, in busy areas, etc where people congregate on Ash Wednesday. http://ashestogo.org/

As we don’t have a subway or a train stop in Richmond, the Park n’ Ride seemed like the most logical location. For those who prefer to receive their ashes inside - our Ash Wednesday Service will be held at 7:00 PM in the Sanctuary with the choir singing.
