Cameo Baroque — Leslie Stroud, traverso (Baroque flute); Beth Hilgartner, recorders and voice; Ernie Drown, harpsichord; and Margaret Gilmore, cello — is an ensemble that specializes in historically informed performance of the Baroque repertoire on period instruments. The Food of Love features music of Telemann, Bach, Purcell, Loeillet, and others – with chocolate available for purchase, before and after the concert and during intermission.
What better way to spend the Friday of Valentine’s Day weekend than to hear wonderful music, while supporting good works (in more than one flavor)?
