Girls On The Run (GOTR) and Girls on Track (GOT) Registration opening Feb 18th!!

Girls On The Run© is a national non-profit program that encourages girls in 3rd to 5th grade (and 6th to 8th grade for GOT) to develop self-respect, confidence and a healthy lifestyle through a fun, interactive curriculum and fitness training activities. Our 10-week, 20-lesson program, held at schools throughout Vermont, fosters girls’ physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being, culminating in a wonderfully uplifting 5k Run/Walk in which everyone is #1!

Registration for both GOTR and GOT will be opening at 3PM on Wednesday, February 18th for WCS's 2015 season. This year we have four GOTR groups and one GOT group in Williston:
GOTR:
Group A - Tuesday & Thursday, 3-4:30p
Group B - Tuesday & Friday, 3-4:30p
Group C - Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30-7p
Group D -Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30-7p
GOT: Wednesday & Thursday, 5:30-7p

All groups will begin the week of 3/23 and meet twice per week at WCS for 10 weeks culminating with our 5k event in Essex on Saturday, June 6th.

You will need the following to complete the registration:

· Name, address, phone, etc. for participant and parent
· Emergency contact information
· Health concerns (allergies, medications, etc.)
· Medical insurance information
· Payment (the program cost is $80 and scholarships are available – the scholarship application is linked within the online registration process. However, you can go online starting February 15 to apply for a scholarship and receive a code to use at the time of registration).
