Francesca Blanchard is a singer-songwriter born and raised in France who traveled the globe with her family before settling in Charlotte. Francesca's EP "Songs On An Ovation" was recently produced by Charlotte's Cumbancha record label by Jacob Edgar. Her 4 piece band will perform her beautiful romantic songs.
