Please help me spread the word and share with others. Hope you will consider attending. Let me know if you have any questions regarding, I took the class this past fall in Essex and have read through the book. I am taking this approach with my 10 and 12 year olds after introducing the concept last summer. I have had some positive experiences, and some tough ones, as I started BEFORE I took the class. I would recommend taking the class first :) This class works for parents with kids of all ages: babes, toddlers, pre-school, school-aged and teens.

Vicki offered some good ideas at the January Intro session to a parent's question of what to do now until class begins. Here are her 3 steps to try before March 11th:
1. Shift from telling your child what to do to asking "what happens next?'
2. Stop doing so much for your kids
3. Stop talking

Yeah, not easy, but we (our sanity and our kids sanity) are worth the effort to consider a different way.

Good luck, and remember you are not alone in this journey!

Thanks, Cassie
