A special meeting of the HPES board has been scheduled for Monday, February 16 (6:00 in the HPES Library). This meeting replaces the board's regular monthly meeting which was scheduled on Feb. 2, but canceled due to dangerous road conditions. All board meetings are open to the public and interested individuals are encouraged to attend.
