Dine out Tuesday Sept 3 at The Hinesburgh Public House and support the Hinesburg Firefighters Association. Enjoy an appetizer of artichoke spinach dip with toast points; grilled peaches with pancetta and blue cheese salad; The entree is slow roasted applewood smoked chili rubbed beef tips from Grass Roots Farm with baked potato and corn on the cob. Top if off with a dessert of red velvet cake w/marscapone frosting from Spoon and Sparrow. Meals are $20.00 with $10.00 being donated to the Association.
