Can you visualize it ... a steaming plate piled high with fresh off the griddle pancakes, a side of crisp bacon, and topped off with warmed,local, Vermont maple syrup ... Yumm! Come join us for our annual Jericho Underhill Lions Club Pancake Breakfast this coming Saturday, Feb. 14th, from 7:30 to 11:00 AM at the United Church of Underhill. A band of kitchen-skilled artisans will be up early to bring you and your family a warm meal to start Valentine's Day off with a roar! $6 for adults, $5 for seniors, and $3 for children up to age 10. Proceeds go to our scholarship fund helping local students with post secondary education needs. This year we are also asking attendees to bring a non-perishable, kid friendly, food item to help us support kids experiencing food insecurity.
