A workout buddy is always great for staying on track with your health and fitness goals. I am putting together a fun and friendly challenge for 10days. Grab a friend, spouse, coworker...anyone to make a team of two. For 10 days we will meet daily online and be accountable for workouts, healthy meals, and other healthy habits to help get you back on track. Workout ideas and meal plan ideas will be provided. Prizes will be awarded for the team that is most accountable and stays on track the best!
