Come on down to the Winter Farmer's Market on Sunday Feb. 8th 11-3pm at the Waitsfield Masonic Lodge! We're adding new vendors all the time and we've got great locally made products. This week we've got Gizmo's pickles and more with quiches, pies and so much more, Dave will be there with his salad greens and fresh basil (yes fresh basil grown right here in Waitsfield!!), and Maple syrup, Village Green Soap company with a great selection of soaps and other great body products (makes a great Valentine's Day gift, hint, hint!). Marsh Hollow will have jams and jellies, Quayl's Chocolates will have all kinds of Valentine's Day treats (check out the new truffles made with local brews and spirits!), Vermont Whey Fed Pigs will be there with pork, Field Stone Farmstead will have wood fired pizzas with a variety of local toppings, take one home or have a hot slice for lunch, Grace's Tamales will be there serving her hot tamales and burrito's and Rogers Farmstead will be there with locally grown and milled flours and oats.
