Dozens of local children (K-12) have spent the week with artists in residency from the Missoula Children's Theatre. They will perform a "fractured" version of the classic tale Aladdin.
Anna Mathewson, Ariah Holliman, and Pacifique Holliman of Middletown Springs are part of the cast of characters including: Aladdin and his Mother, the Princess Dory and her father the Sultan along with his adviser the Grand Vizier. The keeper of the Book of Answers Dinazade and her sister Scheherazade. The Mysterious One and some mischievous Genies. A stubborn Donkey and spunky Goat, scheming Cassim and Ali Baba, Sinbad and his Sailors, wise-cracking Palm Trees and fleet footed Camels, A Cave of Wonders, Vagabonds, and even a pack of lost Penguins.
