Got plans for Saturday night? There's a fantastic concert at St Michael's McCarthy Hall featuring violinist Soovin Kim and the Burlington Chamber Orchestra.

The program includes Mozart's Violin Concerto #2 and two short Norwegian melodies by Grieg. And here's something you don't get to hear very often: music for string quartet and orchestra. The Young Quartet-in-Residence from last summer's Lake Champlain Music Festival joins the BCO to perform Mozart's Serenata Notturna and Elgar's Introduction and Allegro.

The concert begins at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for students. Advance tickets can be purchased through Flynntix.org or by calling 802-86-FLYNN. Tickets will also be available at the door on Saturday night.
