Warren Spinner has been the City Arborist for the Burlington Department of Parks, Recreation and Waterfront for since 1981. When it comes to Burlington’s trees, Warren has seen it all. He will share his insights about our city forest then and now including archive photos of Burlington’s tree-lined streets before and after the Dutch elm disease decimated over 10,000 American elms.
