A community event addressing opiate addiction sponsored by the Milton Town School District and the Milton Community Youth Coalition After the screening of the Green Mountain Productions film, “The Opiate Effect,” Skip Gates (father featured in film), members of the Milton Police Department, school community, Milton Community Youth Coalition (MCYC) and others will be present to answer questions and facilitate discussion.
