Join VNA agencies, Caledonia Home Health & Hospice and Lamoille Home Health and Hospice for this important event, Tuesday, February 17th at 6:30 p.m. at the Jeudevine Memorial Library, 93 N. Main Street, Hardwick, VT.

The event is presented by certified hospice care providers from the VNAs of Vermont and your neighboring nonprofit Home Health and Hospice agencies.
