Reminder: It's not too late to register for the Blue Star Mothers of Vermont's annual Chili Cook-Off at the Colchester Winter Carnival. Our numbers are down this year so we could use your help in spreading the word. If you'd like to enter, just show up at the Colchester High School this Saturday, February 7th at 10:00 with your warm chili, a ladle and a check for $15 made out to Blue Star Mothers of Vermont. A rough list of ingredients is helpful to those who have allergies who will be purchasing the chili after the judging. Our judges this year are Becky Holt from COTS, Senator Dick Mazza and Lee Bodette from Hall Communications. This is a great way to support our Vermont Veterans. All proceeds from the registration fees and sales of the chili after the judging go to support our Vermont Veterans.
