Come to The Wellness Collective on Pine Street every Wednesday night from 5:15-6:15pm for a 1 hour yoga class. This hatha yoga class will take students through a variety of different asanas including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, inversions, and seated postures. This class will also include pranayama and a short meditation practice. Students will work to become aware of their breath in the body, move with their breath, strengthen physically, and concentrate. All levels are welcome to attend. $10
