3. Anup & Meena Dam: revision to a previously approved subdivision; cont'd from 10/21/14 and 12/16/14 meetings; NO DISCUSSION AT THIS MEETING - applicant requested a continuance to the March 17 meeting. Property location - 76 North Road; Rural Residential 2 zoning district.
4. General discussion - municipal water and wastewater capacity limitations
The Board will discuss the current lack of municipal water capacity and the limited municipal wastewater treatment capacity. Specific development applications will NOT be reviewed. Discussion topics may include, but are not limited to:
- current capacity status and future plans for additional capacity
- Subdivision Regulations sections 5.1.8 and 5.1.9
- Zoning Regulations, section 5.22.2
- request for clarity from Selectboard on allocation policy
- possibility of a multi-board meeting to discuss the issue
5. Other Business:
- Therrien 2-lot subdivision sketch plan decision - hearing closed 1/20/15
