On February 11th, at 10am at The Meeting Place @ Neighborhood Connections, Ray Walker, M.D. will discuss Advance Directives and why these legal documents, which spell out your decisions about end-of-life care, are so important to you and your family.

Dr. Walker has served on the boards of Senior Solutions and The Gathering Place and has helped many Windham County residents write Advance Directives.

Neighborhood Connections is a community-based non-profit social services agency serving individuals and families in the area mountain towns of south-central Vermont.
