TOWN OF MORETOWN - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Moretown Development Review Board will hold public hearings on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at the Town Office, 19 Kaiser Dr., Moretown, Vermont to consider the following matters:

6:30 p.m. – Application # 14-45: Application of Megan Doczi for a two-lot subdivision located at 139 Wade Road in Moretown; Parcel ID#: 06-016.000. The application requires conditional use approval of the Development Review Board per Moretown Zoning Regulations Section 4.1 (A) for development on land which does not have “frontage on a Town Class I, II, or III road, or a State Highway, or public waters, or with the approval of the Development Review Board…”.

7:00 p.m. – Application # 14-46: Application of Scott and Patricia Sainsbury for a cottage industry located at 75 Bridge Road in Moretown; Parcel ID#: 08-024.000. The application requires conditional use approval of the Development Review Board per Moretown Zoning Regulations Section 2, Table 2.3(3)(6) (Agricultural-Residential District, Conditional Use, Cottage Industry) and Section 3.7 (E)..

The hearings may be preceded by a site visit. The file relating to this matter is available for review during regular business hours at the town offices.

PARTICIPATION IN THE LOCAL PROCEEDING (THE PUBLIC HEARING) IS A PREREQUISITE TO THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY SUBSEQUENT APPEAL IN THIS MATTER.
