Take control of your health in 2015! “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” (Hippocrates 431 B.C.) Even today, the most powerful and economical medicines are not found in a pill bottle, but at the end of your fork. However with all of the food choices available in our society today and the barrage of nutritional advice we hear on a daily basis, do you ever ask yourself “What should I be eating???” Come to the “Food For Health” educational series presented at Remedies Whole Health Pharmacy. With the right foods you will naturally achieve your ideal weight and restore or maintain good health!

DATES: Wednesday January 28th, Wednesday February 4th, and Wednesday February 11th
TIME: 5:00-6:00

Amy Sabourin received her Masters Degree in Health and Nutrition Education in 2012 and currently teaches a nutrition course at the Community College of Vermont. She is passionate about raising awareness of hidden dangers in our food supply and helping people be proactive about their health through nutrition and exercise.
